At Bestwon, product development combines design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Our goal is not simply to make a light fixture, but to develop products that are reliable, practical, and ready for real-world applications.
From Requirement to Design
Every project starts with a requirement.
Our R&D process begins with understanding the application, target market, installation environment, performance requirements, and customer expectations. From there, our team moves through industrial design and engineering design before developing the first engineering prototype.
For ODM projects, our development process includes:
Requirement & Definition → Industrial Design → Engineering Design → Engineering Prototype → Design Verification → Customer Validation → Production Verification → Mass Production → Delivery & Support
This structured process helps reduce unnecessary changes before production begins.
Prototype, Test, Verify
A prototype is only the beginning.
Before a product enters mass production, it goes through testing and verification. Bestwon has a UL/TUV witnessed laboratory, covering areas including electrical performance, EMC, RoHS, IP testing, thermal testing, salt spray, vibration, and durability testing.
This gives our engineering and quality teams the ability to identify potential problems before they become production problems.
Two Manufacturing Bases
Bestwon operates manufacturing facilities in Zhongshan, China and Rayong, Thailand.
The Zhongshan facility covers approximately 19,000㎡, while the Thailand factory covers approximately 10,000㎡ and has production, SMT, IES, IP testing, laboratory, aging and warehouse facilities.
The Thailand facility has a monthly capacity of approximately 80,000 pieces and provides an additional manufacturing option for international customers.
Quality Is Built Into the Process
Quality control does not start at final inspection.
Our process covers:
IQC → IPQC → First Article Inspection → Routine Patrol Inspection → FQC
This means materials, production processes, first articles, ongoing production, and finished products are all controlled at different stages.
